An announcement was made by Salesforce about the upgrades to its Journey Builder and Active Audiences products planned for later this year. Facebook, LiveRamp, LiveIntent, Neustar, Twitter and Viant are six new partners that have been added to Salesforce as a part of this upgrade.
Salesforce pointed out that marketers can smoothly organize Ad targeting along with digital marketing and across the digital advertising community with that group of new partners mentioned earlier.
This new Journey Builder will give Marketers one platform to design and enhance journeys that range from services, sales, marketing, custom applications, etc.
These Active Audiences new features should be available in Q3 of this year while by Q4 the new aspects of Journey Builder will be available.
